Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day travel operations including bookings, vendor coordination, and client servicing
Oversee pre-departure processes: documentation, confirmations, travel updates
Liaise with local partners across Russia, CIS, and Southeast Asia to ensure on-ground service quality
Handle customer queries, escalations, and post-tour feedback
Work with sales and product teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Monitor budgets, timelines, and logistical challenges across multiple tours
Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in operations, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience coordinating with international suppliers and handling client expectations
Familiarity with CRM systems, GDS tools, and operational reporting
Ability to work under pressure and lead a support team if required

Requirements:
